How long is shipping?

Depends on what product you order. Order processing time is 1-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Shipping will then take an additional 1-5 business days depending on your shipping selection. We strive to provide quick order processing but sometimes due to the high volume of orders we receive it is sometimes out of our control.

How can I track my order?

If you provide your email, a tracking number will be sent.

All ingredients are organically sourced, chosen with patience and care. We only strive to provide the highest quality ingredients

Are products safe for everyone?

The answer to this question depends on the product. A personal consultation may be needed depending on the situation (ex: pregnancy, nursing, medications, etc.) Feel free to reach out to us personally as well. We can guide you based on our studies, labs and experience but always do your own research.

Refunds?

All refunds must be discussed within 48 hours of the arrival of the package. Also, refunds will only be issued if the mistake is on the end of 36nyne, LLC. Lastly, since we are a family owned business, there are rare family emergencies/occasions in which orders may take slightly longer to arrive, but we will always have a notification on the site, so that you are aware of that upon purchasing.
